Payment

Price and conditions.

The Racing System is not free. The copy which is available for download is not fully functional but contains almost everything you will need to time a race.

You must not use The Racing System for producing race results until you have purchased a license. Once payment has been received, we will email you a license pack which will unlock all functions. Please note that you must adhere to the terms and conditions at all times.

A single user license of The Racing System is US$200.00 and will allow you to use the software on a single machine at any given time as detailed in the terms and conditions. There are no maintenance fees. Minor upgrades are free (e.g. from 4.x to 4.y).

Once we have received confirmation of your order from them, we will send you your license number pack which will unlock all hobbled functions. We aim to ship all license packs within 24 hours of your order. Please allow plenty of time between your order and your first race. Murphy's Law prevails.

Order processing

Place your order for The Racing system by using this order form at NorthStar Solutions. Please note that NorthStar Solutions cannot provide any information about our products. If you have any questions, please try the FAQ first, then contact us directly.

If you would like The Racing System registered to a name other than that specified in the order, just send us the details, preferably right after you place the order.

We will contact you to confirm your order and to verify the name under which you wish to register the software.

We email your registration pack to you.

NOTE: Orders placed between 12 March 2006 and 21 March 2006 will not be shipped until after 22 March 2006. You will not receive your license until after that date.
The entire process normally takes less than 24 hours. Please contact us in advance if your race occurs within the next week or so.

If you encounter any problems with the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us and we sort things out to your satisfaction.
